We can typically schedule intake appointments within 1 month and testing appointments within 3 months.
Therapy and Behavioral Consultation​

Scheduling is based on provider availability, but most clients are scheduled for an appointment within 1-2 months.
Do you offer financing?

Do you accept my insurance?
Kaleidoscope is not in network with any insurance. However, we are happy to provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for out of network (OON) benefits. We also accept HSA/FSA funds and CareCredit.

As an out-of-network provider, we have the ability to provide the services our clients need without being limited by what insurance panels allow and without waiting for preauthorization. ​
