We can typically schedule intake appointments within 1 month and testing appointments within 3 months.
Therapy and Behavioral Consultation

Scheduling is based on provider availability, but most clients are scheduled for an appointment within 1-2 months.
Do you offer financing?
Yes!
Financing is available through CareCredit.
We also accept HSA/FSA funds and we offer a military discount and sliding scale for families that qualify. Contact us for more information.
Do you accept my insurance?
Kaleidoscope is not in network with any insurance. However, we are happy to provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for out of network (OON) benefits. We also accept HSA/FSA funds and CareCredit.

As an out-of-network provider, we have the ability to provide the services our clients need without being limited by what insurance panels allow and without waiting for preauthorization.
