Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Rachel Minelli
Dr. Minelli has over 15 years of experience working with children and families. She obtained her doctorate in school psychology from Illinois State University, and she is a licensed clinical psychologist. Dr. Minelli has extensive experience working with clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Learning Disabilities, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Intellectual Developmental Disorder (IDD), and developmental trauma. Dr. Minelli is a certified Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Parent-Child Care (PC-CARE) provider.

Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Sydney Engele
Dr. Engele has 10 years of experience in working with children, adolescents, and families. She obtained her doctorate degree in clinical psychology from Midwestern University and completed her psychology postdoctoral fellowship at The Autism Clinic at Hope. Dr. Engele has experience providing therapy and consultation services to clients and families as well as completing comprehensive evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults with a specialization in Autism assessment.

Psychometrist
Danielle Rice
Danielle has experience working with children and families in clinical, home, and school settings. Much of her experience has been in the behavioral health field, where she worked with children with autism. She is currently attending the Clinical Child and School Psychology graduate program at SIUE, where she is completing her graduate training to become a school psychologist.

Psychometrist
Paloma Avila Torres
Paloma has experience in administering cognitive and neurodevelopmental assessments for children and adolescents. She holds a degree in Psychopedagogy. With a background in both education and psychology, she is passionate about supporting individuals with different needs. Being fluent in English and Spanish, Paloma conducts bilingual assessments to ensure language and cultural sensitivity in the diagnostic process. She is dedicated to helping families understand their child's strengths and challenges and works to provide insight and direction for intervention and support.
Paloma tiene experiencia administrando evaluaciones cognitivas y del neurodesarrollo para niños y adolescentes. Está licenciada en la carrera de Psicopedagogía. Cuenta con formación en educación y psicología, le apasiona apoyar a personas con diferentes necesidades. Domina el inglés y el español, y realiza evaluaciones bilingües para garantizar la sensibilidad lingüística y cultural en el proceso de diagnóstico. Se ha dedicado a ayudar a las familias a comprender las fortalezas y dificultades de sus hijos trabajando para brindar perspectiva y orientación para la intervención y apoyo.
