PC-CARE is designed for children 1-10 years old

PC-CARE focuses on fostering positive interactions between children and their caregivers, as well as reducing problem behaviors

PC-CARE helps caregivers and children develop new skills (e.g., coping skills, play skills) and behavior management strategies.

PCIT is designed for children 3-7 years old

PCIT focuses on fostering positive interactions between children and their caregivers, as well as reducing problem behaviors

PCIT uses a coaching model. This model focuses on helping caregivers develop new skills and strategies to use at home with their child.
What to Expect
​Caregivers and their children participate in therapy sessions together.
​​​​
Sessions are typically 60 minutes.
​
Therapy sessions occur in-person (O'Fallon, IL clinic) or through telehealth.
​​
​Telehealth sessions can occur in the follow states: AL, AZ, AR, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MD, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, WI, and WY
