PC-CARE

PC-CARE is designed for children 1-10 years old

Short-term therapy (7 sessions)

PC-CARE focuses on fostering positive interactions between children and their caregivers, as well as reducing problem behaviors

PC-CARE helps caregivers and children develop new skills (e.g., coping skills, play skills) and behavior management strategies.

PCIT is designed for children 3-7 years old

PCIT focuses on fostering positive interactions between children and their caregivers, as well as reducing problem behaviors

PCIT uses a coaching model. This model focuses on helping caregivers develop new skills and strategies to use at home with their child.
What to Expect
Caregivers and their children participate in therapy sessions together.
Sessions are typically 60 minutes.
Therapy sessions occur in-person (O'Fallon, IL clinic) or through telehealth.
Telehealth sessions can occur in the follow states: AL, AZ, AR, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MD, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, WI, and WY
