Our comprehensive evaluations are individualized to meet the needs of each client and their family.

We understand that many individuals spend months or even years on waitlists to obtain the evaluation they need. At Kaleidoscope, our service delivery model is designed to minimize waitlists as well as expedite evaluation results and written reports for clients.
What to Expect
Intake: Our team will meet with you to complete a clinical interview and develop an individualized assessment plan.
Assessment: Assessments are typically administered during one 4 hour session in our O'Fallon, IL office.
Results: Our team will schedule a session to review assessment results, diagnoses, and recommendations. A comprehensive, written report outlining the results of the evaluation and treatment recommendations will be provided. This session typically occurs within 2-4 weeks after completing the assessment.
