What to Expect
Participate in our groups from the comfort of your own home. Our 60 minute groups take place via telehealth.
Our groups are divided into series that focus on specific topics. In order to obtain the most benefit from our groups, we ask participants to commit to all of the groups in a series (e.g., weekly participation in a 5 group series).
